Shipping
Where it goes, and when
Every shirt is printed when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so a little patience is part of the deal.
Where we ship
The United States, for now. Shipping is free on every order. If you're outside the US and want one, write to us — we'd like to know.
How long it takes
Two things have to happen: the shirt gets made, then it travels.
- Making it: your shirt is printed to order by a US print partner. So far every order has left the printer within a week, and most within one to three days.
- Shipping it: standard US shipping, listed by our printer at 2 to 5 days once it's on its way.
Put together, every shirt we've shipped so far has arrived within twelve days of the order, and most within ten. Those are our real numbers, not a promise — a holiday rush or a weather week can stretch them.
Tracking
You get an email the moment your shirt ships, with the carrier and a tracking number. Which carrier depends on which print partner made your shirt: so far that's been USPS, UPS Mail Innovations, DHL eCommerce, Amazon and OnTrac.
Tracking sometimes shows nothing for the first day or two after a label is printed. That's normal. If it has shown nothing for five days, tell us and we'll chase it.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a shirt never arrives, or arrives damaged, we make you another one. Just write to us with your order email and, for damage, a photo. Details are on the returns page.
The shirt itself
A Comfort Colors 1717 — a heavyweight, garment-dyed cotton tee. The front and back art are printed directly onto the fabric, not pressed on as a transfer.
